A fellow blogger, Sadje(https://lifeafter50forwomen.com/) posts a Monday morning prompt called “What Do You See?” This is the one for June 22.
This is what I see.
HOPE SHINES

even in the darkest of times
when the night is still
thick and devoid of warmth where
time seems to tick by second by slow second
minutes seems like an hours
an hour is eternity
when the bone chilling cold chases
any traces of colour
of life into the darkness
fortresses of stone and brick built to protect us
protect us from what
from ourselves of course
even then hope shines
light casting darkness into
the morning into
a new dawn
of hope and potential
hope shines
it always does
it always has too
— get outdoors; find inspiration; discover yourself —
Its beautiful…i love it
